Beavermead Campground is proud to offer a wide variety of events and workshops this summer.

In conjunction with Otonabee Conservation and other local organizations, these special events are open to the campers at Beavermead Campground as well as the general public. Come out and increase your environmental awareness and have some great fun at the same time!

Enjoy local trails from your base camp at Beavermead Campground!
July 7th
Discovery Days #1
7th Yoga in the Park family friendly, bring mat/towel (10 – 11 AM)
Tackleshare Fishing Workshop~ Learn to fish – Includes games, fish identification. All equipment provided. (10 AM – 12)
Turtles of Ontario – Live specimens (1 – 2 PM)
Guided Paddling Tour of Little Lake – Bring your own canoe or kayak or borrow one of ours! (2:30 – 4 PM)
Campfire Meet near the gatehouse (8 – 10 PM)
Bat Walk (8:45 – 9:45 PM)
Peterborough MusicFest
Join Otonabee Conservation at Peterborough MusicFest ~ Free Admission ~ Live Music
